About this property

Downtown CDA Studio Apartment. Walk to almost everything!

  • Our basement studio apartment is cozy, yet spacious. You'll enjoy a comfortable memory foam queen bed , plush robes to wrap up in, all the amenities you should need. We have tried to think of everything you would need to make it a wonderful and comfortable stay. We take pride in cleanliness. The private entrance is at the back of our home near the parking area reserved for this studio.

    We are located in a great location- blocks from the lake, public beach, Tubbs Hill (hiking trails), unique restaurants, bars, art galleries, shopping, downtown Coeur d' Alene.

    There are many things to see and do in CDA ~ summertime concerts in the park, boat and jet ski rentals, Ironman Race, Car d' Alene Car Show, seaplane rides, snow skiing at one of our local ski resorts (Silver Mountain 32 miles, Schweitzer Mountain 59 miles, Lookout Mountain 53 miles).

    I will consider a small (under 10lbs.) dog , please ask 1st. It will be a $15.00 per night fee if approved. I have a "shizoodle" named Carmen, very sweet.

The place is a comfortable basement suite with all amenities that you would need. The bed is super comfy and the location of the house is within walking distance to restaurants. Enjoyed our stay and the owners were friendly and engaging…yes we will be staying here again.

Great Coeur d'Alene Hideaway!

Hosts were great, unit was cute and the temp in the unit was nice and cool even with 100 degree weather outside! Perfect for a stay in CDA. Will be back if we stay in CDA again!

Great Stay in CDA

This is a great place to stay in CDA. It is close to everything in town and is in a safe and cute neighborhood. The studio itself was private, cozy, and had everything we needed. The hosts were friendly and welcoming. We would definitely stay here again if in town!

This place was fantastic! Exactly as advertised, very clean. Had everything we needed in fantastic location, walking distance to so much. It was well in the 90s when we were here and with it being a basement space with the fan they provided and the windows open at night, it felt very comfortable. Would definitely stay again!

This is the 2nd time to stay at Jan and Gary’s 1220 Studio. They are lovely hosts and the studio is extremely clean and comfortable. We had a great time and hope to return in the future.

Nice basement apartment. Had everything you might need. Host available for anything you might need and very friendly. We enjoyed our time in CDA, very close to everything. Host even helped us with out bags when we arrived. Did I mention Friendly, they are so nice.

Convenient spot, just a short walk to town. Very cozy and has everything you need! Comfortable bed. Gary was so nice and greeted me when I arrived, also helped guide me backing into the spot in the rear of the property, also carried my luggage downstairs. Stayed for 2 days, nice little studio. Owners super nice and friendly. Only 1/2 mile from the main strip of downtown, walkable or drivable. Will have to duck a little in the studio under certain areas if you are 5’11 or taller. But only walking into kitchen or bed space. I typically hate beds that are not mine but this bed was glorious!

Great, private apartment close to downtown CDA

We loved our stay at this (fairly large) studio. Communication with the hosts was prompt, and while we never met them in-person, they seemed lovely. The place is on a quiet street about a 10-minute walk from downtown and the lakefront park. And it was stocked with everything we needed - and then some. Wifi worked great, and it was nice having a full laundry. As a basement apartment, it was blissfully cool, but the ceilings are a little low for any tall folks out there. Would totally stay again!
