This unique place has a style all its own. You will be nestled in the heart of Downtown Cocoa Beach with an ocean front view. We have created a private "home away from home" for you to experience life in one of the most loved little beach towns. Our studio condo has been re-done to give you a spacious getaway with an amazing view. You will experience the tranquil sunrises as well as the beach nightlife within walking distance. It truly is one of a kind!
