"We had an amazing stay at this Marathon home and would absolutely book it again! The house was even better than the pictures, spotless when we arrived, and check-in was seamless. The host was incredibly responsive before and during our stay, answering questions quickly and making sure everything was taken care of—including promptly confirming the pool service when we asked.The house was thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking, all of the beds were comfortable, and the extra refrigerator in the garage was perfect for drinks, ice, and fishing bait. It was obvious the owners have put a lot of thought into making guests feel at home.The location couldn’t have been better. It was just a short bike ride to the private Coco Plum Beach access and only a two-minute drive to our boat rental. The dock was ideal for tying up our rental boat and spending evenings fishing, and we were treated to daily visits from manatee! The canal also provided quick and easy access to open water.One of our favorite memories was relaxing in the pool and hot tub after long days on the water while watching a movie outside with the family. It was the perfect way to end each day.If you’re looking for a comfortable, well-appointed home in a fantastic location for boating, fishing, or simply enjoying the Keys, this is it. We highly recommend this property and can’t wait to come back!"

"It’s was great. Nice location for quick access to fishing in shore or off shore. Response time was quick by the host. The house is well stocked with amenities. Great parking for a truck and boat trailer. There is no dock, but a large seawall with a cleat and a ladder to access your boat when the tide is low. Over all great place to stay."

"Great property for two families with teens! We actually used almost everything the house offered—pool, hot tub, volleyball, pickleball, basketball, yard games, fishing, karaoke, arcade games, and kayaks. There was always something to do.The house was also stocked better than expected. We brought way too much because it already had floats, balls, coolers, umbrellas, beach chairs, and more.One of the biggest surprises was how comfortable every bed was. Vacation rentals often have at least one bad mattress, but everyone slept great here.For those wondering about the stairs: the first floor is the outdoor living area, the second floor has all four bedrooms and baths, and the third floor is the main kitchen/living space. The stairs weren't bad, but plan ahead before heading downstairs for dinner or the pool to avoid extra trips.The property is huge, with so many gathering spots that it was sometimes hard to find everyone. We still didn't use them all during our 7-day stay.The boat ride to the Atlantic is about a 15-minute no-wake cruise. The bay is beautiful, though we didn't swim because of the boat traffic. We did enjoy the kayaks.One of our favorite vacation rentals. We'd gladly stay here again!"

"Our condo was absolutely beautiful and had everything we could possibly need, including beach towels, beach toys, board games, cooking utensils… my only complaint was that our beach that we paid for was completely inaccessible due to the amount of sargassum. I take partial responsibility for that because I could’ve researched the affected areas, but it did change our experience as we had to drive to look for beaches that we could play on. Overall the room itself and pool were both wonderful and I would stay again!"

"Room was a little dated and cramped, but overall a nice location and experience. The owners are very kind, prompt and communicative. Boat dock is also easily accessible with space to keep your trailer. We had a great time."
