「other guest were being really loud until 1am unable to sleep 」

「Overall experience was awful when we checked in at 4:30 pm the ac unit was attached but when we returned it was disconnected from the window. We try to reattach it but did not have any tape. We contacted the host. They were unwilling to help. vRBO tried to work with the but the HOST refused to work with VRBO or us to help fix the ac unit that was disconnected from the window when we returned to sleep. The bedroom window was open to the outside unable to close due to build up of tape and plastic....

「The space was nice, modern, clean. It was far from quiet with kids screaming stomping and smashing toys above us. The walkway from the driveway around the house to the door was not cleared, covered in ice and snow. The entry floor is so incredibly slippery with snow on your feet, I ended up putting a dish towel on the floor so we didn't go flying down the stairs every time we came inside. There was only 1 towel. No hand towels, no face cloths. The ad says there's a hair dryer, there's not. Also...
