This hotel is awesome. it's next to a river. My room was very cleaned. its family friendly and has a nice swimming pool. What annoyed me was that the reservation said that Breakfast was included, when it was not. I had to pay for breakfast.

El A/A no funcionó. Sin embargo nos lo solucionaron a pesar de la hora. El hotel requiere nuevos blancos y arreglo de espejos, llaves de baño, pintura en las paredes del restaurante. Las máquinas del gym requieren actualización. En general es un hotel viejito que en algunas áreas requiere reemplazos más que mantenimiento.

Yo recomendé a varios compañeros este hotel pero la primera noche encontraron cucarachas en la cama. Solo estuvieron esa noche y se cambiaron al otro día. Están ya los muebles de Melamina muy deteriorados. Como que falta más empeño en el mantenimiento. Es una lástima porque donde esta la alberca es muy amplio para caminar.

Buena opción en Coatza

Es un hotel a la rivera del Río Coatzacoalcos, muy cercano a la Estación del Tren Interoceánico, con muy bonito paisaje. No hay transporte público ni tiendas en los alrededores. Algunas piezas del mobiliario en las habitaciones tienen que renovarse, como el sofá, las TV son antiguas pero con servicio de cable. Agua caliente y con presión en el baño, pero el extractor hacía mucho ruido. La cama cómoda. La vista desde la habitación era muy bonita, ya fue un plus y se compensa porque no respetaron mi solicitud anticipada de estar en el primer piso. El hotel está muy concurrido. Es un lugar con mucho potencial pero tienen que renovar su mobiliario en general. Sus jardines están hermosos. Hay restaurante y su personal es muy amable.
