「Check in process was super easy. AC worked perfectly and quickly. Place was clean when I arrived. Encountered an issue with the bathroom sink and owner immediately responded to help with the issue. 」

「Outside of buildings all covered with spiderwebs which gave a dirty appearance. Inside the closet door was broken, there were hangers laying in the window, and there was a dirty towel stuffed in a kitchen door. The view of the lake from the pier was lovely, but the furniture had not been cleaned in some time. 」

「What a beautiful and restful place! I felt like I was at home. I sat on the private porch in the evenings- it was lovely. We could walk to the square in two minutes. Very comfortable bed!」

「The studio was perfect for me and my pups. The kitchen was stocked with new utensils and cooking supplies. I had a chance to meet the hosts - I would have loved to have spent more time with them! Lovely people. But I’ll be back again to make that happen!」

「The photos do NOT do it justice. It is an art gallery with fantastic furnishings. Perfect to relax in and with a large desk to work at. Did I mention a fully stocked kitchebn and laundry room. I will be back. Location location location = Westside Ukiah (I am almost hate to write this review as it may alert too many folks to this great place.)」

「Everything you need, no frills, nice people.」

「The view of the lake was breathtaking! Our unit was a little dated but was very cozy and comfortable. There are other units on the property that are more updated and absolutely awesome! Unit 8 and the house next door are what l’m referring too. Our neighbor Ron was so friendly my husband and l really enjoyed his company. Mo our cleaning staff was absolutely the most nicest people l ever met. She made me feel right at home and got us checked in with ease. The owner and l had great communication...
