"Mainly chose this hotel because of the pictures of the pool. The pool is a lot smaller than pictured. The attendants at The Front Desk were kind and attentive, the review has nothing to do with the staff. The air conditioning air in the room smelled of urine when turned on so could not use it and the room was hot for sleeping. Overall it was ok as a quick spot to stay overnight and was not expensive but disappointed in the experience."

"The room I was in the floor was dirty and the stuff very unprofessional. The towels were dirty the good thing I had brought my own things like towels blankets pillows I didn't even get into the underneath the sheets because I didn't feel safe to do so. I was a single traveler just went out there for Mount Shasta experience. Next time I will get a Hotel on one of the resorts but those are expensive too"

"The house is very well equipped in the kitchen & felt very welcoming. The backyard is huge & the creek sounds off the porch are so relaxing. There are a ton of stray cats to the point I wish the house was pet friendly. I had a cat meowing outside my window to get in one night. There should be a tv or speaker to play music in the front room. The eclectic feel of the house was great. Overall it was a great experience, I will go back."
