➤ Pets are welcome in this apartment, with certain breed restrictions and applicable pet fees. Please inform us beforehand to avoid cancellation. An additional cleaning fee of 100 per pet.
➤ If you book the unit, you will need to download an app to access the building.
➤ After booking and Before check-in, present a government ID in Chat.
➤ Guests are responsible for replenishing their own consumables after the initial supply is depleted.
➤ A noise-aware sensor is installed in the unit to monitor decibel levels, ensuring a peaceful stay for permanent residents and guests alike; it cannot record any audio.
➤ A blink module will be always powered to support the door camera. (Should not be unplugged)
➤All guest are requested to take a good care of the unit and return it in the same condition it was handed over to you, except for the cleaning. Cleaning and linens will be taken care of by our cleaner. DO NOT move the furniture's around.
