This lower unit of a duplex is Within 6 miles of downtown attractions. Progressive field, Rock Hall, First Energy Stadium, Playhouse square, Casino, and Cleveland Convention center all within minutes away. Very close distance to Cleveland Zoo. Close to Metro Health, Ohio city and Tremont. Our spacious newly renovated home is nestled in Cleveland’s Old Brooklyn neighborhood and decorated with a mid-century modern flair. Close to the Metroparks, zoo, Playhouse Square, Rock and Roll Hall of Fame,
1. Please place all garbage in wastebasket.
2. No loud music after 10:00pm
3. Please wash any dishes, coffee pot and filter.
4. NO SMOKING indoors.
5. If you have a pet with you, please clean any hair left behind. If there is excessive hair/fur found, you may be charged a fee.
6. Early or late Check ins may be requested 24 hours prior upon availability.

We were Instructed there is quiet time after 10:00 p.m. however, upstairs was so loud and partying and playing music we could hear everything and were awake until 4:00 a.m. My 6 yo kept waking up scared with the noise.
Stayed 1 night in Dec 2025
