"Staff and checking I was pleasant. Room was missing wash cloths but everything else was awesome "

"Lots of things were broke in the room. Towels were dirty, bathroom tissues had mold on them and everything was dirty! Workers were rude and hot tub wasn’t hot and the jets didn’t work. We had to get our room keys reactivated 3 times for a two night stay"

"Thought we were in a ghost town. Lights in the Galway next to the elevator out, all card key locks on the building out of service, only saw 1 person working in the building, grounds around building full of branches and leaves from last fall, breakfast area not maintained with minimal food to include very green bananas. Toilet plunger in bathroom with only 1 towel set for 2 guests. Will not be staying at Ramada again after this experience not to mention the pot smell in the hallway. "

"Spacious and comfortable room in a great location. The only comment is that you need to be around when housekeeping is passing, otherwise your room would not be cleaned"

"When I first arrived at the hotel, the lady at the counter did not acknowledge me or even speak until I mention my reservation. She also didn’t tell me any of the perks like what time was breakfast? If the pool and Jacuzzi was available the hours I had to ask. The room smelled stale and the tub was not properly cleaned out. The food in the restaurant was not good at all. The breakfast was OK. The French toast was really good. I will also mention the bar attendant lady was really nice even though she messed up my order, but she served me a really good drink. I also had to pay $10 a night to park in the parking lot which I did not understand because nowhere on the website did it say you had to pay for parking especially since their lot was really empty."
