This 2 bedroom townhome is nestled in the Talisman Village neighborhood of Suncadia Resort, just steps away from the family-favorite Swim and Fitness Center and core of the resort. This townhome offers views of Peoh Point and is in close proximity to the village fire pit. This home is ideal for families and groups up to eight, with two bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms, and two sleeper sofas.Step inside this cozy cabin and you will find a spacious kitchen, living, and dining areas with wood-beam accents, large windows, a stone fireplace, and beautiful hardwood floors. The large kitchen is fully equipped with stainless-steal appliances including a five-gas burner cooktop, oven, and dishwasher along with glistening quartz countertops. There is plenty of seating for everyone at the dining room table that seats eight and the kitchen bar that seats two. This space makes for the perfect gathering place during casual breakfasts, gourmet holiday meals, and memorable game nights. Step through the glass doors and enjoy the outdoor seating area and barbecue. The community fire pit is located just outside your front door, where you and your crew can make s'mores and enjoy each other's company under the starry sky.

Great family townhouse

Our families had everything we needed to be comfortable and cozy, yet enough space to spread out as well. The beds were super comfortable! Loved the decor, very relaxing, and just a short walk from the Swim and Fitness Center. Only things that would have helped was kitchen dish towels and fitted sheets for the pull-out couches.

No major issues with the property. The only thing was that there were no kitchen towels to be found so we just ended up using one of the bath towels.

Nice residence, extremely late check-in.

Overall this was a nice place to stay. A few items to address: the dryer needs fixing (would not dry a normal load of towels and clothes agter 4 cycles), the back screen door was partially broken, the heating systems did not respond to the remote controls until the second day, it was odd that there weren't any solid window coverings (the shaded blinds can be seen through at night from outside when the inside room is lit), and there is active construction directly across the street, rather than the empty lot shown in the listing.. Also, we have never experienced such a late check-in upon arrival. The listing warns check in can be as late as 6pm, and it was. When we called the front desk the morning of our arrival, we were assured we should head over from the West side and check in at the main desk by 1pm and we would very likely get checked in no later than 4pm (and likely even earlier than that.) We wound up sitting in the main lobby with our kids for 4 hours along wth many other families, waiting for that 6pm check in. Paying for a full day's stay with such a late check-in felt like a wasted day.

Great Condo!

We enjoyed our stay at this condo near the Swim Center and the lodge. The condo was beautiful and comfortable (my kids didn't even complain about sleeping on the pull out beds!). I would stay there again!

Short mommies getaway weekend!

Property was clean and had all things you could need. We had a couple issues. The main TV wasn’t working very easily and it took a while to figure out or unfreeze the screen or even to get the volume to work. Also the heating units didn’t necessarily operate accordingly after adjustments. Clearer instructions for both might have helped although it was not a deal breaker.

Great townhouse! Close to pool

We stayed here for a few nights over Spring break in early April. Forecast called for sun and rain, but woke up to snow! It melted by the afternoon though. Kids thought it was exciting. The house was managed by the Suncadia resort directly, so we had access to the indoor pool and fitness center, which were just a block away. So great! We went often. The property was tidy and clean, and we loved the cozy living room and gas fireplace. Heating system was tricky to figure out, but the friendly Suncadia engineer stopped by and fixed it pronto. Would be fun to rent again, with friends next door - kids could spill out in the center lawn. Overall great stay and well-managed property. Keep in mind the restaurants at the resort keep Winter hours. We wanted to eat out on Monday but all but the buffet were closed. Wish we'd been more organized there.
