Your time at the Modern Chalet will be full of 5-star luxuries and comforts. We spent a little extra on each room completing them with luxury hotel rated KING mattresses because we know if you have a bad nights sleep you will not have a great vacation. Our #1 goal is to make sure you and your group have an amazing time!
Each of the 5 rooms have new king mattresses topped with the softest and naturally cooling bedding. Not only that, but each bedroom has its own vibe/design complete with TV’s, closet, and full length mirrors. The bathrooms have spa-like double showers with high end shampoo/conditioner/body wash, river rock tiled floors in the shower, make up towels, hair dryers, and heated floors.
When the group gets together after unpacking in each of their rooms, grab a drink and head out to the covered deck where you’ll be able to enjoy the amazing view and all comfortably sit on the two outdoor sofas and 4 chairs or jump straight into the 8 PERSON HOT TUB! Be sure to grab some marshmallows for evenings around the fire pit, but don’t worry about foraging for sticks, you’ll have roasting sticks available.
You will be less than a minute drive from all Suncadia has to offer. This property is .6 miles from Swiftwater Cellars/Rope Rider Club House, .6 miles from Stovehouse/Prospector Club House, and .8 miles to the Suncadia Lodge.

When looking at our pictures, make a mental note of how many seats there are in each of the various areas. We know how important it is to have enough seating for everyone in the living room enjoying game night or watching a movie, dining room with seating for everyone, on the outdoor furniture so no one is left standing, around the fire so everyone has a seat, or in the hot tub.
