We stayed here as a last minute booking for a family emergency in the area. Doug was very helpful and the house was not only in great condition, but also in a great location just outside of downtown Clayton. My family and I would definitely stay here again.

This was way more house than we ended up needing but it was so nice! Everything was clean and well-kept, location is just outside of town and easy to get to, and price is very reasonable. We will definitely plan to stay here next time we go to Clayton and need 4 bedrooms. Highly recommended!

Everything was perfect only thing is that driveway is a beast

This is a picture of the driveway it's steep but the house was super cute and had anything you could need if I was in the area again i would definitely stay again

The house was perfect for my family as we were in the area for a large family wedding. Communication was great with the owner and the house was very clean and comfortable. The initial steep driveway was a challenge so I really appreciated the alternative side driveway access option that the owner sent us over in the arrival instructions.

Spacious home close to Main Street area

We were 5 adults in Clayton for a wedding. The church was less than 2 miles away, so this location was perfect! It is also very close to Main Street and all the adorable boutiques, restaurants and bars there. The home was spacious, very clean, and perfectly appointed with everything we needed for a successful weekend. I would definitely recommend this home!

Perfectly quiet spot

Stayed here with 3 friends for a rafting trip weekend. Really good location within 15 mins of everything you need and SO quiet. Clean, easy check in and entry! Loved it.

Home Away from Home

This place has become a home away from home. We keep coming back because we enjoy our stay so much. Thank you for providing us with essentials. It is really appreciated after driving all day to reach our destination. The home is always very clean and with all the comforts of home. The owner is always available if I have any questions. This home is also in a nice neighborhood and close to everything. We love staying here to visit our family.

Great place!

The property is in good shape. Beds need to be upgraded but over all ok. House was pretty clean minus a few cobwebs here and there. Space was exactly what we needed and very quiet area.

Clean and updated home within close proximity to downtown. Great jumping off point for many nearby cities and places to visit. Yes, as mentioned by others, one driveway is steep and the newer one has a little jog to maneuver. It gets easier once you do it a couple times and certainly wasn’t a deal breaker for us. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Parking

We overall enjoyed the house. It was perfect for my sisters and I as there were 5 total sisters there. The only problem we had was with the parking. Both parking areas were difficult to get out of. The parking area at the house was not accessible except to park at the entrance. The other parking pad was very difficult to back out of. Parking needs to be fixed so it’s easier to get in and out.

Steep Driveway

The house was amazing. The host was amazing. The kitchen was stocked with pans etc. so that I could cook. However, the driveway was so steep that my small suv scraped bottom trying to get in and out. Additionally my father-in-law had trouble getting out of the car on the slope. Would have been good to be able to plan for that. Otherwise the stay was great!

Nice house

Very nice house and had 4 bedrooms when we were only expecting 3. Very roomy. Driveway is very steep but I don't know if that's a ding or not. Doug is very easy to work with.
