"Overall, the hotel was decent for the price. It’s a little run down in some areas, but the room was clean and the breakfast was actually pretty good with enough options to get the day started.
One big thing to note, avoid getting a room near the vacation club area if you want to sleep. It was very loud and hard to relax. That said, the girl at the front desk handled the situation well and really tried to make it right, which I appreciated.
Not a perfect stay, but the staff definitely helped leave a better impression."
"I chose this hotel because it was close to the venue where I was attending a concert. It was nice to be able to walk to the venue and not worry about parking. The neighborhood seemed pretty safe. My sister and I felt fine walking at night. The room was very clean. It did seem to be missing some amenities that I have come accustom to while traveling. There was only one bar of hand soap in the bathroom and no complimentary makeup wipes. The TV was a basic flat screen instead of a smart TV. There was no pool but the fitness room looked nice (we did not use it). Some of the staff were friendly but other were a bit cold or seemed overwhelmed. It was good for proximity to where we needed to go but seemed as if it could be better for $200/night."
"Did not eat breakfast at hotel because I was not it wasn't included in my reservation. Although this was one reason for choosing this facility. It stated breakfast included. I slept well, bed was comfy, shower had hot water."
"Room was very clean and fresh. Staff were very good too. Water pressure was lacking for the shower and the water temp could have been better if you like a super hot shower. Overall, no complaints. "
