「La casa como tal está muy bien, pero muchas cosas a mejorar, Cama de matrimonio de arriba, el sumier estaba soldado y cuando te acostabas te ibas al centro de la cama rodando, el agua caliente sale como con oxido seguramente de no darle mucho uso al calentador, y si se duchan 3 max 4 personas seguidas se acaba el agua caliente, los cojinenes del sofa exterior, todos rajados y las marquesinas ninguna cierra bien, son pequeñas cosas que al final para lo que pagas deberian estar en condiciones,...

「The location and the house itself is great. Unfortunately quite a few wear and tear in the showers, kitchen and furniture deviating from the pictures provided online. As the sofa is quite heavily used in all objects, would be great if that is cleaned the most thorough…. Which was definitely not the case upon our arrival. All-In-All there is much potential in this object, but it should be prepared with more hospitality, maintenance and and cleanliness in mind ;)」

「Superbe maison, dommage qu'il n'y ait ni chauffage, ni climatisation. Pour information, nous y étions en avril et la température de la maison était de 12°C... L'emplacement est parfait et le contact facile avec l'hôte. Je recommande」

「La maison était sale, l’équipement de la cuisine en deçà de l’annonce ( nous avons eu rapidement les équipements de base après réclamations ) La maison n’est pas équipée pour 6 personnes. Par ex exemple 6 fourchettes 5 couteaux..... Table basse cassée et rafistolée Bref maison très décevante dans un quartier résidentiel bruyant car les maisons se touchent et ne sont que des locations.... Wifi de mauvaise qualité Climatisation ds 2 chambres sur 3 et pas ds le reste de la maison Le personnel 3...

「We had a clean and comfortable house within 200m of a good supermarket and a few restaurants. The local property agents(Sun Villas) were extremely helpful as was the maintenanceman. The proximity of the lighthouse made for great sunset viewing and we were within easy reach of the centre of Cala 'n Bosch and Sa Xoriguer with a good variety of restaurants. The coastal footpath runs between the lighthouse and the other resorts. The city of Ciutadella is close by for a wider experience of island...
