L'établissement, malgré le caractère exceptionnel de l'annulation, n'a fait aucun effort et ne m'a pas remboursé le séjour, alors qu'ils n'ont eu aucun frais de ménage, machine à laver, pareil, rien pour le spa etc surtout...

But, the towel rail did not work and the heating system was a bit iffy, so getting the right temperature was a bit of a trial; and the first day was pretty chilly.
