Note that the check in location might not be where your room is. In my case, mine was a couple blocks away and walkable, so it was no big deal. The room was clean, but the bathroom was not the best - the way the shower was got water everywhere and I felt like I should’ve brought shower shoes. The staff were friendly enough. I was told to call to say when I’ll check-in and was dismissed quickly when I did so. Same with check out. The garden outside of the property is gorgeous.

The views from this property are AMAZING! You definitely need a 4 wheel drive vehicle to get to it! We enjoyed the provided breakfast. Never saw any staff but didn't really need them for anything.

Great options available while waiting for room to become available. Enjoyed shooting pool on the small pool table and also visiting the reindeer. Shuttle service was great from the airport to the hotel. We really enjoyed our stay.
