"One of the most elegant and beautiful properties in whole Sicily, and not just Catania; this is a rare jewel from comfort, design, location, exclusivity, and service.

"The staff was warm and welcoming, helpful, and kind. Daily breakfast was wonderful. We had an excellent two night stay and highly recommend this hotel. "
"Beautiful modern hotel in a fantastic central location in Catania. All key sites are within easy walking distance, and the staff were very helpful with information and requests. I would definitely recommend for all visits to this beautiful city. "
"We really enjoyed our stay. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and quiet, and it was a quick walk from the rail station. Gabriele made everything easy and convenient, and checked in to be sure we were comfortable. It was nice to grab a quick breakfast from the kitchen before catching an early train. Highly recommended and we’d absolutely stay here again!"
"Comfortable bed, clean great breakfast and very welcoming host in a location that was not far from train/bus station and centre of catania would recommend and would stay again"

10/10 Excellent
"Very happy with my stay at the property and l like to pay a compliment to Virgilio took care of us very well may I stay beautiful"
"Room was clean and comfortable. Service was 5 star!! We arrived very early in the morning and they had everything ready for us. Location was top notch, able to walk to all the sites and plenty fantastic restaurants nearby."
"Our experience could not have been better. We are three American Senior women and the hotel went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and welcome. All the staff was excellent, especially Giacomo at the front counter who gave us explicit instructions and directions and also Antonio the bar manager who went out of his way to make our experience extra special, even telling us about the special Prosecco."
"A good stay. Hotel is really close to the main train station, which is welcome after a long trip. Check in was efficient & friendly. Room wasn't the biggest but was spotlessly clean. The bathroom was actually quite large, again very clean. Shower was double sized and had great water pressure. Air con was good & powerful. There was an outside sitting area (shared) which was really nice. Breakfast was included in the rate, which I was surprised at because the rate was such good value. It was a buffet style and the seating areas for eating were really nice. The coffee was made for you, fresh - a nice touch. The area it was in was a bit sketchy, to be honest. It was totally fine if you were coming from the train station, but I then went out to find a bar and went further on in the same direction. It wasn't great, so I bought a couple of beers to go and went back to the room. Also, the hotel didn't have a bottle owner.....bear that in mind.
It's essentially an "old fashioned" hotel. Cleaners, reception, decor, breakfast service. All very welcome when lots of hotels say they're "coming up with innovative solutions" when in fact they're just cost cutting. This place isn't that.
I would definitely stay there again though. The value, the outside areas and the good standard of cleanliness makes it an easy decision."
"Very conveniently located. Having dinner at the hotel is not worth the money. Unfortunately we made that mistake the first night. Excellent restaurants less than five minutes walking from the hotel."
"Good location. Room and bathroom and hallway area very clean. Nice petite balcony to enjoy the views (we had Etna view) Buzzzzling flea market with a lot of fresh produce / yummy fruits. Room is fresh and pleasant to stay in. Some noise coming from the main entrance area when travellers coming in/out or conversations held in this common area, but nothing major to complaint. I would suggest sending the check in instructions 24 hours before the check in as promissed as not everyone has internet access and having no check in instructions 5 hours prior to arrival is no fun :) Great experience overall - thank you."
