Our short stay was dampened by abysmal staff and service. We only stayed for one night as we had a flight the following morning. During check-in we requested a ride booking to ensure we made it to our airport on time and were told it was done. In the morning, the front desk staff almost chuckled when he realized there was no such ride arrangement by the previous staff for us. We waited for a ride to come and we were also told it would cost 125 euros, but the driver tried charging us more upon arrival to the airport. All in all, you can probably find much better accommodation with nicer staff than this place. Definitely NOT a 4-star hotel.
