"Well, the location is wrong. The address takes you to a business building. Trying to get an actual address is impossible. The actual location is inside the parking lot of the hospital WHICH! you have to pay if you get a rental per hour. To contact someone you have to use Spanish version no one answers for English. The room which everyone you get. Is decent for what you pay. But if you’re doing it for location…. It’s wrong."

"I travel with a group of friends, and my first experience with the hotel was bad. First of all, there was no place to park the car to drop our luggage, front desk personnel were not helpful. They gave us wrong information about where to park had to pay $35 for the first night's parking, because we parked in the wrong parking lot. I requested a refund for that night and was told they could only reimburse me $15 out of the $35 I paid. The hotel parking lot is in a different location, about a 10-minute walk from the hotel. We had to drive there, then walk with our bags to the hotel. I had 2 seniors traveling with me. They advertised breakfast on 2 days of our stay, but they did not have it. The rooms need repairs, trash cans, elevator floors, curtains, etc. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone."
