"This is a beautiful property with unique, rustic design situated in the middle of the village, definitely off the beaten path! The suite we stayed in on the 4th floor had a beautiful view of the ocean and surrounding greenery. The property was well maintained and the staff was amazingly accommodating. Nice beds all with mosquito nets, very nice terraze and fantastic access to a fabulous beach!! "The pictures on VRBO do not show the actual beauty of the place. Abs Juma was so gracious to retrieve me ahh no d my family from the airport and take us back on departure. He checked on us frequently to see if there was any additions to make our stay comfortable. Ayoub, house attendant assisted with laundry after our safari. Many eateries nearby. Short drive to stone town and the beach. Tours were easily arranged with driver that picked us up from the airport. We had an awesome time in Zanzibar....

"Stunning hotel, very reasonable price. We ended up opting for half board and this worked out well for us. There was always plenty of options on the buffet which were good, we did not find that the ala carte options were very tasty at all. The staff were all so kind and helpful. The private beach was lovely, though unfortunately you still get harassed by beach boys who are generally nice but annoying. The room was always clean, the staff smiling. The pool is beautiful and I love the extra inclusions as well as the little gifts! Godlisten and Rachel were especially wonderful. We would absolutely recommend. "
