Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
Very new, warm and tidy. However it appears there were bedbugs in one of the single beds and one of our children had quite extensive bites. The bites were in clusters and there were blood spots on the sheets that I understand is indicative of bedbugs. We requested some sheets for the sofa bed to use instead, which were quickly delivered. However I'd have expected some level of compenstation to make up for the inconvenience of all the washing we had to do and if we ended up inadvertently bringing the bedbugs home.
