"Good for an overnight rest, while waiting for an early flight the next day. Great shuttle service with multiple timings to suit your flight needs. Simple and basic hotel. I don't foresee staying here for longer trip as there are really no food options other then their restaurant, or if u head to the airport itself. It is far from the main leisure/business locations in Shanghai/Pudong."

"The cost for this hotel is really competitive. If you arrive late at the Pudong Airport, this hotel is super convenient. The original deco was great. The breakfast is good. You can also take a cab to a nearby metro station for a nominal price. However, the maintenance is not top of line. You can see wear and tear, and dust accumulating. Overall it is a good deal as you can hardly beat the price."

"No food after 11pm for an airport hotel is a bit poor IMO. Room was perfectly fine but we were starving after arriving late without any options for room service was a little unimpressive. Make sure you go to the shuttle bus area to find the bus as it’s quite far and airport staff don’t know where to send you. Taxi driver was not best pleased having a short drive after probably waiting for hours for a pickup."

"Great hotel under the brand at that location. Hotel however does need a bit of upgrade though. Wasn’t too impressed with room as there are following designs issues: 1) Power sockets at the desk area. The universal socket is under the desk, making it difficult to use. The sockets above the table are at the extreme end, making it far from the working space. I ended using the smaller, narrow side table instead. 2) Electrical switches can be better located. The toilet’s switches are right beside the entrance, when it should be nearer to the toilet itself. 3) The hanging lamp at the sink soils have been placed at the other side when the entrance to the toilet is narrow. I hit it several times. 4) The light switches in the room can be better segmented. Can’t do selective powering off/on. Apart from the room, the breakfast looked extensive, but there actually weren’t much options. I must however compliment the breakfast crew, especially the lady who made my omelette in the morning. She’s always courteous n smiling."
