Our Resort is only 700 meters away from the nearest shopping center (Boat Avenue) which the resort also provides free shuttle service on daily basis and the shuttle runs every 40 minutes from 09.00 – 21.10 hrs to Boat Avenue. Dear Anna, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. We are sorry to learn of your dissatisfaction regarding the location, though are surprised to learn this, considering we are only five minutes away from the malls, markets, beaches and water parks. We are also sorry that you were unwell after eating at the local beach. Unfortunately this can happen from time to time throughout a Thailand. We are also sorry that our TVs were too big and that the flies at breakfast were in the way. Unfortunately that is also something that can happen at this time of year, though we have arranged for this to be resolved ASAP. The issue regarding the water supply, was in fact something beyond our control. From time to time, during the dry months in Thailand, local authorities are known for restricting water consumption from time to time. This is of course, not every day or even every week, but can happen against our wishes. We do understand your frustration and apologies sincerely for any inconvenience this may have caused.
