Beautiful bayfront home located in the quiet community of Richardson's Landing. Enjoy stunning expansive views from every level and unforgettable sunrise panoramas over the water.
The private dock sits directly on the bay and includes a lower stationary platform ideal for launching kayaks. Wooden steps along the side bulkhead offer easy access into the shallow waters. After a day on the bay, relax and unwind around the waterside firepit.
The main level features a fully equipped kitchen, a large dining area, and a comfortable living room. A private den with a sofa, TV, and deck access offers an additional space to relax. Both the first- and second-story decks span the entire length of the house, providing amazing waterfront views.
The first floor includes one bedroom with two twin beds and a shared full bath in the hallway.
On the second floor, the king bedroom features a private full bath and access to the waterfront deck. The queen bedroom also opens to the waterfront deck. A fourth bedroom offers two twin beds, and a shared full bath is located in the hallway.
You’re sure to fall in love with this peaceful, quiet, kayakers’ paradise—yet you’re still just a short drive from downtown Chincoteague, restaurants, the movie theater, the waterfront park, and more.
