  • Lighthouse View is located on the east side of our island and includes a private community pool for your enjoyment. The 3 bedroom, 2 bath townhouse features two first floor bedrooms (one with Roku) with full bath in the hallway and a master bedroom suite upstairs. There's water access across the street with a beautiful waterfront lot and dock. Lighthouse View features wireless internet and cable tv (with a premium tier that includes sports, educational, food and other channels).

    - Linens and towels are included with your reservation.
    - No smoking is permitted on the premises.
    - This property is pet friendly. An additional fee of $150 per pet will apply. Pet Restriction: One small dog under 35 lbs, NO CATS. All pets must be disclosed prior to arrival.
    - Any reservations made for a future year (known as "Advanced Reservations") are subject to rate and availability changes. These reservations will be confirmed in January of the arrival year.

House was very clean. Pool was great. My kiddos loved it. Love that the dock was directly across the road. Great location and view. House fully equipped. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting a nice relaxing get away.

Wonderful stay

We have stayed in other townhomes within this complex and this was our favorite. It was very clean, updated, and the beds were comfortable. The giant sectional couch was great (and clean). Having the dock Loved being able to bring our small dog.
