Well-appointed, comfortable townhome with stunning views of Assateague and Lighthouse.
Enjoy the shared pier for canoeing and crabbing.
The first floor features the living room, kitchen, and dining area.
Also on first level is a private den with a full bath and queen sleeper sofa.
The second floor has two bedrooms, each with a private bathroom.
The rear bedroom is waterfront with a king bed and a balcony overlooking Assateague Channel.
The front bedroom has a queen bed.
Bring your kayaks; this is an ideal location.

Great view over the marshes

Loved staying at this property, waking up to the sun rising over the marshlands, seeing the lighthouse from the bedroom, watching birds on the water and kayakers gliding by. Plenty of space and balconies on both sides of the building.

Amazing Property

This house is absolutely wonderful. It is spacious, with more than enough room for my family of 5. It is well-equipped, with everything we needed for cooking meals. And the views were incredible! We loved looking across the channel to the lighthouse from the deck and from inside the house. We loved watching hummingbirds, egrets, ospreys and more. And the dock was an idyllic place to watch beautiful sunsets over the marsh each night. We hope to stay here again!
