"Hector was very kind and professional! The finca was beautiful the house was full of room and space. The views were amazing plenty of countryside and and about 30-40 mins ride from pereira. The rooms were decent size the hot water was a plus. The pool was great the fans for ventilation was a plus! "Although a little noisy at night with motorcycle engines, the windows close tightly and block out most of the noise. Fans provide great ventilation and help further minimize the road noise. Although not in Centro, Pereira is a small city and Rappi will deliver anything quick. 10 minutes and you can be in Plaza Bolivar, a mall, or anywhere else. Exactly as it is in the photos, well stocked, great fridge and washing machine, and outstanding water pressure and temperature."

"We arrived at night and it wasn’t possible to pay with a card, so I had to book and pay through Expedia. The internet didn’t work, and it was still down the next day. Breakfast included scrambled eggs with pork ham, three slices of apple, a cracker, and two slices of bread with coffee or hot chocolate. My brother is allergic to pork, and when we asked for eggs without ham, they said no because they cook everything in batches. We offered to pay extra for plain eggs, but they refused. We filed a complaint at the front desk, but they just made excuses. Poor service. It's a shame, because the location is good. Also, there was water leaking in the bathroom."
