"Good for groups and families. Nice get away close to Chimney Rock and Pagosa Springs. The water pressure was a bit sporadic especially in the first floor bathroom. Overall good experience."

"Great spot on the out skirts of Pagosa Springs. Secluded property among the trees. Peaceful porch to have a morning coffee. Multiple deer sighting, turkeys, and even a fox. There is no dishwasher, as others have said. For others with dogs, just be aware there are neighborhood dogs that roam around. We had to be a bit more cautious when going outside with our pup."

"Absolutely GORGEOUS property. We loved the location! If you love Hummingbirds - I would highly recommend that you bring sugar & be prepared to make food because these guys are thirsty. Our stay was great except for the heat. This is of course NO FAULT of the property owners AT ALL. We have been vacationing in Colorado for the past several years and this was the warmest it has been. This home was built very well so it holds the heat and in 95 degree temperatures, there is just no way to cool down. The listing does say that there is no AC so this is just something that could not be controlled. The property managers did a great job of having several fans in the home to help! My heart goes out to Colorado during this heatwave & drought. We made the best of our trip and enjoyed the gorgeous scenery! Again, GORGEOUS home and we are truly blessed to have stayed there and made the memories that we made."
5 Mi to Navajo State Park: Riverfront Cabin!

"We loved our stay at this cabin! We were here for about five days and brought our boat to take down to the lake which is very close and convenient to the boat ramp. The cabin's on a sizeable property that felt like our own personal park with lots of places for kids to run and play. The river in the back is a little challenging to get down into from the bank, but you can clamber down the boulders to get into the water. The firepit and outdoor area by the river is easy to access and very peaceful for coffee in the morning! We also enjoyed taking evening strolls around the property. There is a free standing AC unit in the downstairs which helps cool the cabin very much, but it does stay warm upstairs until after the sun goes down. Other reviews mention the sulfur content in the water, which is high and does create the sulfur smell when the water is running. We brought lots of bottled water and were just fine. The cabin is very relaxing, quiet and comfortable. We would stay here again!"
