「Good！The hotel is much better than I expected. The location along the water helps me relax. My room overviews from the pool and the canal to city buildings of SF? far away. Its spacious lobby is clean and well-designed. The facilities are clean and tidy as well. Service clerks are kind and helpful. Complimentary EV charging helps me a lot. 」

「I stayed for four nights. The female receptionist was very helpful, and the room was comfortable. The bus stop was right in front of the building, which made getting around easy.」

「ホテルの部屋が禁煙ルームなのにタバコ臭かった。 フロントに言ったけど、100%禁煙ですと言われた。だけどタバコ吸わない人には わかります。毎日消臭スプレーでしのぎました。」

「設備はよく、冷蔵庫、電子レンジが部屋にあり、コンセントがたくさんある。タオルやシャンプー、リンスなどアメニティーもあり。 朝食は自分でとって食べる形式、パン、ベーグル、フルーツ、ヨーグルト、ワッフル、ブリトー、ゆで卵などあり、良かった。」

「スタッフの対応は人により良い。 部屋を2ベッドに変更しようとしたが予約したのは1ベッドだった為に変更できないと言われた。」

「チェックインが23時ごろになってしまい、受付にはスタッフがおらず、寝ていた。電話で起こしたら丁寧に案内してくれた。 周りは真っ暗で治安が悪そうでした。」
