「We had a great stay in apartment number five, but our checkin process with the front desk at Crystal Hotel was horrible. Everything up to the payment was great, but then it turned to a complete mess. With no information at all, I was presented with a much higher bill than the Hotels.com confirmation. 「 전반적으로 조용하고 식기도 잘 구비되어있어 만족했으나 아래 주차시설이 없고 최소 걸어서 10분~ 15분 거리에 주차장이 있습니다 내가 알아서 찾아야함이 불편했고, 매일 돈도 추가로 내야했습니다. 가족들이나 짐을 내려놓고 남편 혼자 이동해야했기때문에 시간소요도 많이 됐습니다. 어린이를 동반한 가족이라면 고려해봐야 할 요소입니다. 」
