"I love how convenient this hotel is. However they should FIRE their designer. Whoever thought shag carpets work with rolling luggage has never been a guest at the hotel. The room hallways have a lower profile carpet but still difficult. Even the maintenance people joke about it; not really funny ..."

"Good stay, rooms and staff were decent. I was disappointed there isn’t a microwave as we were there 3 nights and needed one in our room. We found parking convenient and location was walkable to downtown. Enjoyed our stay and Chicago. Would stay again, just would love a microwave."
