The house was clean and comfortable for our stay. We were there for our son's Navy graduation, great location only 15 min from the base. The host was great to work with and communicated well, answering questions quickly. Highly recommend.

Everything was exceptional. We wanted for nothing. The amenities exceeded our expectations, parking was plentiful and secure, and the décor was lovely. The environment was comfortable and welcoming, and the host’s communication was clear, helpful, and timely.I highly recommend staying here if you are in the area. The location is conveniently centered near many exciting attractions, including downtown Chicago, RTC Great Lakes, and Navy Pier

Great stay even with our unplanned extension. Very cozy, clean, quiet and secure!! Excellent location from the naval base, most restaurants and stores. Excellent host that made checking in and out absolutely uncomplicated. The driveway behind the house was a definite added bonus! Thanks again for making our trip less stressful traveling with 2 children under the age of 4.

We booked for the navy graduation and it was such a wonderful stay and very close to the navy base it took less than 10 minutes to get there. This helped us get in line fast and in those graduations doors quickly. Host is fast with responses if you have any questions. Would definitely stay again. Place is so nice and comfy and has plenty of room. Neighborhood is nice too no concerns.

Super host. House was perfect for us to host our daughter boot camp graduation. Host allowed us to extend our stay day of as we found out our daughters schedule. Great location for easy access to everything

This place was as advertised! The house was clean and well stocked with everything you needed. The parking in the back of the house took a moment to find but was easy to access. The proximity to the Navy recruit training base was great and has several great restaurants near by.I would stay here again!

This property was easy to get to and close to all amenities, including the Navy RTC. Host was excellent! Responsive and ensured we had everything we needed. Property was very clean and beds were comfortable. Easy check-in and out process. Great experience overall!

Very welcoming host , we loved the house and the convenience to the train station. We traveled to see our daughter graduate boot camp , we took Ubers to the train station about 5 minutes. The train goes right to the Great Lakes Recruit Training Command. The house had everything we could need and we felt safe. The house was very clean, very comfortable.

Downstairs bedroom bed is rock hard but couch is comfy. Clean and felt homey. Overall good experience. Parking was kind of hard to figure out how to get to but once found it was okay.

Excellent!

We stayed here for my son’s graduation from RTC Great Lakes. Very convenient and close to the base. House was very clean, comfortable, nicely decorated and well stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable weekend with our new Sailor. Jesse was an excellent host, very quick to respond to messages and very accommodating. One of the nights we stayed there was a snow storm and first thing in the morning he was there to shovel the walkways and driveway for us! I would highly recommend staying here!

Naval Graduation

We stayed here when our daughter graduated from the Navy. House is as described and sticked/furnished with all you need or would expect. House was clean. Neighborhood seemed a little "sketchy" but we had zero issues or concerns while we were there. If you are coming for a Navy graduation location is good. Less than 10 mintues to base except on graduatiin morning. Traffic is horrendous but were still able to get from home and in our seats in less than 90 minutes. Would recommend and stay again

Came for Navy graduation.

Overall, the property was very clean and very nice. I have been to other properties where the pictures end up being fabricated and manipulated to make the property look better. This one was not necessary, everything was as described and as show in the photos. Very happy with how our stay turned out and Jesse was a great host, very helpful and very quick to respond to any query. In addition, the amenities were a nice to have already there. The only downside, for us at least, was the queen bed mattress on the main floor. A little uncomfortable for our preference. Overall, a great place to stay and a great host and would highly recommend to anyone.

Fantastic Host & Property

Pros: The house was great, newly renovated and clean with laundry in the basement. It was well stocked with items you would need and check in/out was super simple. Jesse communicated often and we did not have any problems. I told him we had an infant and he provided a high chair and also had a bassinet available. Cons: The location was the biggest con, not in the best part of town and the parking is behind the house in an alley that was difficult to get to due to a moving truck company blocking the alley a few times. The main bed was also uncomfortable and sinking, I slept in a separate room from my wife which had a better bed. She didn't mind the bed as much as I did.

We stayed at Jesse’s home while attending our daughter’s Navy boot camp graduation, and it was absolutely perfect for our family. The location is convenient about 10 minutes from the base. Which made the early morning for graduation stress free.We were looking to find a place where our daughter could relax and feel at home during her liberty, and this home exceeded our expectations. It was cozy, clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our four day stay.Jesse was a great host friendly, communicative, and quick to respond whenever we had a question. The beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen was stocked with far more than just the basics. The private parking area in the back was also a huge plus and made parking our rental car convenient.This place is truly a gem. If you’re visiting the Great Lakes area for a Navy graduation or any other reason, I highly recommend staying here. Thank you, Jesse, for helping make such a special family weekend even more memorable.
