The property is undergoing renovations. No furniture in the lobby, no breakfast as advertised. It was filthy and smelled horrible. The bathroom was disgusting. Do not stay here!!

This was one of the worst rooms I stood in fridge had mold in it the table was broken crumbs all over the floor a door that you could see though walls that look like ot would be in a toddlers room with crayon and pen writing all over the walls but hey the price was rite you pay for you get the cleaning lady was 100% awsome.. the guys running it are kind of rude and nosey

The room we had booked was supposed to be non-smoking but when we arrived it smelled strongly of cigarettes. We had requested to change rooms but they did not allow it. The rooms were also very dimly lit, you could barely see anything.

Nothing in the advertisement was true! I'm contacting the corporate office first thing tomorrow. It's terrible! I want my money back! No breakfast, there not even telephone in the room. Floor, walls, bathroom , toilet were filthy. Absolutely disgusting!

I couldn't get a clear answer on how late check in was. I got a room that was poorly cleaned. The bathtub had hair in it. The bathroom floor looked like it wasn't cleaned. There looked like stains on the bathroom sink. There were holes in the wall in the bathroom. There were stains on the walls and the ceiling of the room. The room smelled and the counters looked dirty. There was ash on my bed sheets. The carpet felt wet in areas.

This was false advertisement. To start with they promised free breakfast. And every morning they put a pot of coffee out in the lobby and that was it. There was no iron or ironing board in your room. I didn't see any laundromat nowhere in the building. The headboard was stained and peeling. The floors were dirty and cobwebs in the corners. The curtain were hanging off the rod. The furniture was peeling, old and stained. The lamp shades had old water or rust stains on it. One morning a roach was crawling on the floor. The mattress had a sink hole on one side. This seemed to be a Transit hotel where people come and stay by the months. I was very disappointed in Expedia to have this on a website. I didn't have the time or the option to try to look for another hotel.

DO NOT RECOMMEND Absolutely unacceptable. This was one of the worst hotel stays I’ve ever experienced. The room was extremely dirty, old, and poorly maintained. The bed area and headboard were visibly stained and looked like they had not been properly cleaned or maintained in a long time. The overall condition of the room was disgusting and made me uncomfortable even staying there. A hotel should provide guests with a clean, sanitary, and safe environment — this place fell far short of that basic standard. I honestly don’t understand how this property is still operating in this condition. Management needs to take immediate action to address the cleanliness, maintenance, and condition of these rooms.** I DO NOT recommend this hotel to anyone. Save your money and stay somewhere else. 0/10 if I could give it.

It was bad cigar burns in the blankets of none smoking room they wouldn’t even change them for me blow dryer didn’t work they charge you for breakfast and there is none in the morning I wanted some of my money back but I couldn’t even get checked out properly because staff never showed up to the window so I left my key on the desk and left

This place was so dirty, the walls in our room, headboard, carpet. The bathroom was dingy and old. The refrigerator and microwave looked like they had been there since 1985. I would not stay here again.

It was awful! When me and my daughter arrive from a basketball tournament. They told us our reservation was canceled due to no electricity. There was no call no email letting us know ahead of time. So we had no place to stay in Chicago. Not in a good part of town. I would never go to this place. There was no help empathy or sympathy from the front desk guy, he just said your reservation was canceled because we had no electricity horrible!

There were people outside just hanging out in the parking lot all night long. I’m talking like a group of 20-30 adults and a handful of kids running around the parking lot and touching everyone’s cars. The place is dirty. They don’t keep people from coming in and taking the elevator up to rooms. We had someone knock on our door at 11:30pm trying to sell us something. The rooms are run down and dirty. There were bloodstains on the sheet and inside the bathroom. I wasn’t expecting 10/10 but I’ve stayed in much cheaper places and had much better experiences. I paid $175 for zero sleep in a disgusting property because they wouldn’t refund me.
