The room was clean. The location is downtown, but not quite within walking distance to the main attractions. The house does not have a private driveway and the street is quite full, but we were always able to find a parking spot within thirty feet from the house. The host was very responsive. All in all, we've received a good value for the money.

Dennis is a dream host.

Dennis is an absolute dream of a host in an already wonderful location. The property was clean and as described. The location can’t be beat. Dennis is more than accomodating, having gone out of his way to make my stay more comfortable on multiple occasions. When i return to Chicago, this is where i’m going to be staying.

Dennis was quick to respond to all messages! And brought us items we needed for the place. Upstairs neighbors were very noisy in the middle of the night which was annoying sometimes!!
