GREAT location, GREAT price. Walkable to anything you need in a nice, quiet, calm neighborhood. Super happy with our stay in Chicago at the Vrbo and the host was super nice and accommodating.

This place is fantastic if you want to be walking distance to Wrigley Field (15-20 minutes), great breakfast places (The Little Goat, Ann Sathers), cool architecture, and numerous fabulous dining options. There is a bar on the corner as well. The place has 2 bedrooms, one with a king bed, the other with 2 queens.

The location was perfect, fairly quiet, and we felt very safe walking around the area. Close to Wrigley Field, many great restaurants and public transportation. Loved the decor, and the beds were comfortable. We had a bit of a problem with the air conditioning, but I think it was operator error (mine). My only recommendations to the host would be to have the refrigerator and the bathroom drawers emptied between guests. I have lodged at places where certain items were intentionally left for guests to use, but it was strange to find partially consumed items (as an example, single-use beverage bottles) in the fridge, and things like opened bottles of vitamins in the bathroom drawers. (Perhaps there is normally a full-time occupant who temporarily vacated it?) And also to consider having the bedroom carpets cleaned... there were many stains that gave an impression that the place was not clean, when in truth I felt the house was generally very clean.

We booked the property for a concert at Wrigley . The location was wonderful - Close to shopoing restaurants and bars. We really enjoyed the back yard and deck. Would definitely stay again!

Belmont House was amazing!

Blaise was great, easy to communicate with, extremely clean place, walking distance to cvs/giordanos/bars short Uber to the bean/john Hancock just a really great experience will do it again.

Neighborhood experience in the big city

We had a wonderful stay, and this location was perfect for our family vacation. The deck out back is a perfect place to read a book and drink some coffee to start your day. We loved being walking distance to a grocery store, liquor store, and plenty of bar and restaurant options. A quick 15 minute walk for us on the Brown Line to head downtown. Be sure to check out S&G's restaurant for breakfast, and get a pizza from Side Street Saloon!

Good stay at Belmont House

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was exactly as described and had everything we needed. Teresa was extremely helpful — made check-in easy, gave us all the information we needed, and was always very responsive when I had questions. The apartment was well located for us - a 20 minute walk to Wrigley Field and a 7 minute walk to the Brown Line station. Definitely recommend this place.

Nice locations for Wrigley

Overall a nice location. Was about a 20 minute walk to Wrigley. Lots of good eating establishments. Neighborhood was nice. Easy walk to brown line train station. Inside was clean. Shower fan is really loud. Great place to stay for a short time in Chicago.

Spacious and Convenient

Roomy and well-appointed condo just off the busy Southport Corridor area. Nice bathroom and spa tub, towels and glasses/plates in the kitchen with anything you might need during a short (or long) stay. About a 7-min walk to the Brown Line and 15-min walk to the Red Line and all that the surrounding neighborhoods have to offer. Property manager Blaise was easy to work with and very responsive - would definitely stay here again for another fun neighborhood experience.

Comfortable, Convenient Place to Stay in Chicago

This property was well maintained, clean and nicely furnished. The unit is on a busy street, but there is very little street noise in the unit, and none in the bedrooms. Blaise was very responsive and helpful with all our communications. The beds were comfortable, but I would add that one of the bedrooms is quite cramped having 2 queen beds in it. The unit is conveniently located for buses and the El, and the neighborhood has a number of restaurants and a nice grocery store within walking distance.

I recommend this property to anyone visiting Chicago. It gives a little taste of living on the Northside while not being far from downtown. Our family of 5 was very comfortable and enjoyed it immensely!
