L'unica cosa positiva del posto è stato il personale veramente gentile e disponibile in tutte le nostre richieste, per il resto la mancanza di manutenzione delle camere e il WiFi non funzionante sono state la pecca peggiore,

Photos from 20 years ago are deceiving, very dirty run down place. But after I got over that, it wasn’t so bad Big room with large balcony and bathroom Good common area to chill out by river away from town. Only 12 minutes walk to centre of town

Very Run Down

The room I booked through Expedia was the cheapest of all. No amenities, not even toilet paper. Over all, the property is run down, dirty. The staff is not prompt to serve guests. The property needs to upgrade drastically.

Hotel overlooking river (not)

I was disappointed that the view was a muddy stagnant backwater good for breeding mosquitoes. No restaurant or cafe facilities. No real atmosphere. Perhaps the bridge which looks new has totally destroyed the character and tranquility of the place. Sad but there it is. I doubt that I will return or would recommend it to others.

El hotel es decepcionante en cuanto a lo que se ve en las fotografías. La habitación estaba bien, pero la cama estaba extremadamente dura. Los accesos a las habitaciones son a través de un ventanal, así que no es demasiado seguro. Nuestra estancia no estuvo mal, pero no fue lo que esperábamos en base a las fotografías

なぜ？

エクスペディアで予約して行って、エクスペディアで予約したと伝えたのに、現地で宿泊費を請求された。 だから泊まらなかった。 わざわざタクシーで行ったのに。 それをエクスペディアに問い合わせたら別の客でブッキングで予約した人がいた。ご確認お願いします。との回答。 ユーザーからしたら、 だから？？？ ってならない？ しかも泊まってもないから確認のしようもないし。 全額返金とタクシー代の返金を求めます。
