ローカル感のある宿

・東南アジアを感じさせてくれる建物と、フレンドリーな従業員が特長。・残念だったのは、最初の部屋が上階のエアコンの室外機の音が凄まじかった。しかし、指摘すると、すぐに部屋を変えてくれた。その後は、快適に過ごせた。・館内も部屋も、ホテルより簡素です。ホテルの様なものは期待せず、東南アジアを感じる建物に包まれる空気を楽しみたいと割り切れる人向けの宿だと思いました。

定宿にしたい！

喧騒と排気ガスの大通りから路地を100メートルほど入ったところにあり、まるで別世界のような緑に囲まれた敷地内にある、チーク材で作られた古民家風のホテルでした。家族的な雰囲気でスタッフも親切、客層も落ち着いていて、今回の旅で一番居心地の良いホテルでした。定宿にしたいです。

Personal und Service sind Herausragend,immer hilfsbereit.Die Austattung des Hotelzimmers ist auch sehr gut.Beispiele:"Regenschirm,Föhn,Wäscheständer,Pantoffeln,Duschmäntel,Safe,elekronischer Mückentot;Wasserkocher,eine gut gefüllte Minibar und vieles mehr".Der Zustand der Anlage ist teilweise nicht so gut(Dächer).Das Frühstücksbüfett ist klein aber fein.Das Hotel Restaurant bietet gute Thailändische Küche.

We loved our stay at Ruen Come In. It was peaceful and a beautiful property. We were given a cold drink upon check in and they carried our luggage up to the room. The room itself was very cute and clean. The breakfast was great and everyone working there was so friendly! We had an evening flight and they stored our luggage during the day after check out and allowed us to use the outdoor pool shower to clean up before departing. Overall highly recommend!

Highly recommend!

We loved staying at Ruen Come In. It was away from the bustling city but still a convienent location. The service was great and we loved the family feel.

Friendly and helpful staff, Quite and peaceful

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The resort is very quite and peaceful, Overall we were very happy staying there. Big bathroom, very nice bathtub even the bathtub shower switch wasn't working but It was fine. We are not the big eaters, the portion of breakfast was very nice and proper, great presentation. The food tasted very clean, seems like no MSG ... MSG is the big problem in Thailand. We would recommend this place.

Perfect stay in Chiang Mai

This hotel is absolutely beautiful and the people are amazing. My husband and I had a fantastic time staying at Ruen Come Inn. The breakfast every morning was delicious and most food items are sourced from the owners local, organic farm. We also enjoyed a yoga class one morning and appreciated help from the hotel manager in renting a motor bike to drive around town. Overall, we had a great stay and would love to go back one day.

Das Hotel ist abseits vom Schuss, aber für Leute, die es ruhiger mögen, sicherlich eine gute Alternative. Außerdem ist es eher klein und schnukelig.

We enjoyed our stay here very much. Hotel was quiet with heaps of character. The food was really delicious local Thia food. Not the newest or biggest place but had a very traditional atmosphere with all the comforts. The pool was clean and oh so refreshing after a morning out and about! Try a Thai Sabah cocktail- delicious! The rooms were comfortable and nicely fitted out. A great find! Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful and clean hotel

The hotel is small but beautiful and clean. The pool area is nice and the service was outstanding. Even though is not that clode to the city center, I recommend to rent a motorbike. I highly recommend to stay here!

Comfortable boutique hotel

Great welcome and help getting to the hotel from the airport. Staff were very friendly and went the extra mile to make our stay special. We reserved the most simple room, but even so it was very large and comfortable with great AC. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

A taste of Thailand

Really felt like we were in Thailand. It was different than a westernized hotel and we really like that. It’s situated in a quiet area away from the hubbub of the city — we would have liked to be a bit closer — but nothing a short Uber ride could t cure. Lovely staff and very nice rooms.

A hotel which requires better customer service

We stayed at Ruen come in for 3 days and 2 nights. The staff mallika who greeted was polite and friendly but the other staff Pat was extremely rude and absolutely had unaccepatble behaviour.. True warmth from a hotel comes when only profits are not seen and guests are seen as the ones who help sustain the hotel industry!!

Quaint hotel in a quiet location in the city

Very comfy room, generally quiet, there's a busy street 5 minutes walk away but you hear little and don't notice it after a while. It's handy for all the restaurants, bars and shops there. The best thing about the property is the staff. Very helpful. The worst thing was the pool, 35C in the sun but far too cold water to use the pool. Now I know both the old and new parts of the city and where everything is, if I went back I'd stay at the Ruen Come In again.

全紅木房間我十分喜歡！

地點難找的士也找了很久！在高速公路傍的小街！但是房間大又是全紅木我十分喜歡！早餐只有幾種太少！整體住2天是不錯的選擇！

Great hotel but not a great location

We knew the hotel was away from the centre but we hadn’t realised how far and how you’d need to depend on transport. We’d hoped to be able to walk to nearby areas but the roadworks on the main road were so bad, we couldn’t. Maybe once these are finished, there’ll be a decent walkway. The hotel itself was lovely and they would help you get transport so if you’re not a walker, it’s fine. As independent travellers, we felt a bit marooned. The hotel offers yoga/excursions/cooking class packages and we met people on these who were very happy with them. These would be worth investigating.

Fantastic hotel with lovely staff

Extremely friendly staff welcomed us to the hotel. The rooms were lovely and comfortable. Nice pool and restaurant area. Walkable into the Chiang Mai old town. Good food and they even spent an afternoon with us teaching us how to make Krathong banana leaf boats to release during the Thai festival among with snacks and drinks.

Gutes gepflegtes Hotel

Gemütliches kleines Hotel. Sehr freundlicher Empfang und hilfsbereites Personal. Da es außerhalb des Stadtkerns liegt werden kostenlos Fahrräder zur Verfügung gestellt. W-Lan war überall ausreichend gut vorhanden. Das Hotel arbeitet gern mit Grab Taxi zusammen, was dem Gast bezüglich der Kosten sehr entgegen kommt.

Zeer rustig verblijf buiten de stad

Kamer was erg mooi..echter zwembad stelt weinig voor..buiten is alles toch wel verouderd..had dit niet verwcht gezien de vele geweldige recensies op tripadvisor. Het lag wel wat afgelegen maar dat wisten we..zou volgende keer toch eerder voor de oude binnenstad gaan. Kamer was daarentegen wel erg mooi..maar verwacht verder niet al te veel van de verdere faciliteiten..personeel doet wel heel erg hun best...

Far away from the port, but so confortable

We arrived early at 6:00 a.m, but we couldn't do check in because reception doesn't start till 8:00a.m. All was perfect except that we had to wait, the road has a very difficult access if you go walking. That hotel should offer a transfer from port to hotel, due to all guests arrive from there and it's a resort that should offer that service. We had to leave and move to other closer to the port because we left so early at the morning and the road is no confortable to go walking, around 30min walking (but not into the town). Others was TOTALLY PERFECT and the guy was so nice and kindly with us.

Less nice than expected

Room was nice but the "house" is to close to a busy and noisy street and room had a view on the parking lot of the hotel (not nice!). Area is quite far from interesting places (good only if you have transportation).

Good hotel. Environment a bit loud.

Nice hotel, very good staff. You could hear the sound of the traffic around very well. And unfortunately they were building a three story building next dor, so there was quite a bit extra noise around.

Great hotel, with reasonable rates, helpful staff

Stayed in area to visit the Elephants. Close to activities, but not in the center of all the activity, which was very nice. It was like being at a private retreat.

lovely place. quiet and comfortable. beautiful cat. breakfast a little sparse. next day i ordered the macrobiotic one and was very good. coffee not so good. fair amount of mosquitoes if eating in open dining room. staff friendly and accommodating. felt comfortable and safe. location not so great, but able to deal with.

Fabulous hotel

Everthing was perfect from start to finish..the staff where so polite .the sheet where so white . and the food was amazing too.and the owner was there every day .and some of her oganic food she produces on her farm are served to the customers .

Beautiful boutique hotel.

This is a beautifully decorated and well appointed boutique hotel. It's on a quiet street just a few km from the heart of Chaing Mai.The rooms and amenities are very clean and tidy. The staff are very accommodating, helpful and extremely hospitable. Our only regret is that our stay was too short.
