ターペー門は遠いが、部屋は居心地が良く、中のガーデンも狭いがリゾート風で気持ちが良い。スタッフは皆とても優しくて対応が良く、フロントで2〜3時のマッサージサービスも有った。プールはあまりお勧めではない。

部屋は思っていた以上に広く、快適に過ごすことができました。また、とても清潔で、掃除も行き届いていました。 ルームサービスを利用しましたが、とてもリーズナブルで、味も良かったと思います。 また利用したいと思いました。 ありがとうございました。

最初から最後まで大変快適な滞在でした。
チェンマイはご飯も美味しく、また、観光するにも楽しい場所でしたので、また訪れたいと思ったいますが、その際には再びお世話になりたい滞在先でした。 ●スタッフの皆様: ・常に笑顔で気持ちの良い対応をしていただきました。 ・詳しくは書きませんが、サプライズのミニプレゼントまでいたたきました。 ●建物全体: ・美しいプールを囲むようにエントランスやレストラン、宿泊棟が作られていました。 ・部屋は三階建の低層で贅沢でした。 ・客室数自体が少ないこともあり、他の客との距離感も良い感じで保てます。 ・全体的にセンスの良い温かみと落ち着きのあるデザインです。夜になるとライティングが華やかで、ホテルに戻るのが楽しみでした。 ●部屋: ・水（1人2本ほどあり困りませんでした）、ジュースやスナック、さらにはビールなど、毎日無料でストックしてくれて大変ありがたかったです。 ・ウェルカムフルーツもいただきました。 ・バスローブの着心地、スリッパの履き心地が良かったです。 ・その他アメニティはしっかり揃っていて、困ることはありませんでした。 ・地味に室内に二箇所ゴミ箱があったのも便利でした。 ・コンセントの数も困りませんでした。 ・清潔感があり、バスタブも広々としていました。 ・これはチェンマイ全体のものなのか？水回りの臭いは少し気になりました。見た目にはとても清潔でした。 ・個々人で好みはあると思いますが、ベッドが快適でよく眠れました。 ・家具のセンスもよく、居心地が良かったです。 ●朝食: ・6時からレストランが開いていたので、早朝出発の日も困りませんでした。 ・バイキング形式で、毎日異なるたくさんの料理が楽しめます。 ・種類も多く、１つ１つのお味も良かったです。 ・個人的に使用はしませんでしたが、トースターもありパンもその場で焼けます。 ・ヌードルやオムレツは頼むとシェフがその場でつくってくれます。わたしは日替わりヌードルのファンでした。 ・ヨーグルトが美味しく毎日いただきました。 ・コーヒーまたは紅茶は各人用に用意してくれました。 ●その他サービス: ・首にレイをかけもらい迎えていただきました。 ・ウェルカムドリンクが美味しかったです。 ・自転車の無料貸出が大変便利でありがたかったです。 ・その辺り一帯のなかで最も華やかで技術も良いとされるスパへの紹介価格もあるようです（時間の関係で行きませんでしたが）。 ・15分程度の無料ハンドマッサージを提供されていました。 ・レストランでのライブミュージックが素敵でした。 ・時間帯別にホテル主催のアクティビティが用意されていました。 ●立地: ・大人気のSPチキンのすぐ近くです。 ・ローカルの穴場のカオソーイ屋さんもすぐ近くにあります。 ・有名スパも徒歩圏内ですし、その他もっとローカル向けのスパも多数点在していて便利でした。 ・この辺りで一番大きいセラミック工房&店舗にも自転車でさっと行けました。 ・旧市街内のため、歩きや自転車での移動もしやすいです。旧市街から出ると交通量がグッと増えますので、宿泊は旧市街のなかをおすすめします。 ・ワットプラシンなどの寺院巡りもしやすかったです。 ・住宅街の中に突如素敵な建物が現れる感じが好きでした。 ・空港からも近く、大変便利でした。 ・grabが広く浸透しており、必要なときは一瞬で車も見つかります。

サンデーマーケットにも近く、便利なロケーションです。部屋も広く、午後２時からのティータイムやアクティビティがあり、また部屋のミニバー利用が込みと言われ、サービスの高さに驚きました。 向かいにあるスパ（マッサージ利用）も若干高いですが、質も高く満足出来ました。 次回チェンマイにいくときには、また利用するつもりです。

This hotel was wonderful. We loved the Eastern vibe, the layout of the hotel, the size and cleanliness of the room. The pool is nice. The onsite restaurant is excellent, with great food and prices! Breakfast was quite elaborate. The staff were ready to handle any request instantly. We just really loved this place. The famous Sunday night market is a short walk around the corner. It felt like we were in our own secure walled oasis. I can't recommend this place enough. I can't imagine staying anywhere else in Chiang Mai.

Excellente ambiance authentique, coloniale, tropicale, avec beaucoup de petits à côté qui font toute la difference : accueil en chambre avec des fruits, bar de chambre en partie gratuit et réapprovisionné tous les jours, afternoon tea de 14h à 15h30 gratuit avec des patisseries thai, et excellent breakfast où les oeufs brouillés sont préparés devant vous. Excellence localisation pres du orincipal temple et à deux pas de la maison du tourisme. Grande gentillesse.

A wonderful experience! The staff were incredibly helpful and took care of any need we had. The spa was top tier, and the VIP Expedia discounts really came in handy because we went there every day. You can’t beat their prices, but the quality of service was not sacrificed either! The hotel is conveniently located in Old Town next to Wat Phra Singh and our favorite restaurant, It’s Good Kitchen. The hotel’s breakfast buffet was also a great benefit as it was included in the price of stay, with a very expansive offering of both Thai and western options (love the egg station!). The staff really went out of their way to be friendly and hospitable in every way — they even arranged a taxi for our very early flight and arranged a free breakfast takeaway so we wouldn’t go hungry. Would recommend this hotel to others.

I loved how grand the hotel looked, and how clean and spacious the rooms were. This hotel is also in a convenient location, making it easy to walk everywhere within the old city. Also located right beside the Sunday Walking Street. Would recommend!

Wonderfully welcoming, friendly, and helpful staff. Delicious breakfast buffet in courtyard is included. Great location, tucked away on a quiet street but close to many great restaurants, spas, etc. Recommend spa immediately next door. Would definitely stay again.

Very disappointing experience. The pictures promise more than the reality. The hotel is definitely too expensive for the service provided. Noisy rooms and third class breakfast. At check out a fuss was made about a missing room plastic card. Really unworthy. In short: Once and never again.

Beyond Words Spectacular
It is a quiet, unique boutique vibe hotel. It is well appointed, they have thought of everything! There is no way to improve upon this hotel's offerings. There is a tea service and a daily massage. The grounds are peaceful and lovely. The service is impeccable, they anticipate your every need. The staff could not be any friendlier, supportive, and helpful. Words cannot express what a gem this place is.

Beautiful property with outstanding staff. We loved all the in-room amenities and that there was also a bathtub. Breakfast was the very abundant and the mineral pool a very nice touch. Makkha Spa has some of the best therapists in Chiang Mai.

The map location on Hotels.com is incorrect. The hotel is actually on the Southeast side of town, not the west side (i.e. farther from the action), so that was frustrating. Otherwise, the hotel was great. The pool was strategically shaded, which made it quite refreshing to jump into given the warm temperatures. Breakfast buffet had lots of options.
