Amazing Penthouse & Value!

Excellent stay at this beautiful resort! As it was the latter part of our trip to Chiang Mai, we never left for nearly a week! Everything you could possibly need was here: breakfast on site, lunch at the cafe on the property, dinner selection from downstairs or the rooftop restaurant, and drinks either at the private speakeasy style pub downstairs or upstairs overlooking the local city from high above at the Rooftop Bar! The pool was beautiful infinity style, and for parents, they can watch their kids playing in the pool while working out in the gym because it overlooks the pool and lounge chairs. There is also massage on-site either in their salon or in-room (you just need to book in advance). It's a really great venue for a wedding. There was one going on during our stay and I thought it looked lovely! Oh, there was a Zen Garden to relax in too. Honestly, such a hidden gem tucked far enough away from the main street, you wouldn't even know it's there! Everything we ate and drank was 10 out of 10! Delicious, flavorful, and the staff were all great too. Now for the room: we had the highest floor executive room with the walkout balcony. Although we didn't use either, there were two bathtubs: one inside and one outside too! 😅 There was a dining table inside and outside, two couches, two TVs, a kitchen, bathroom and bedroom with King Bed and Desk. The place offered more than enough space for my husband and I who work on our laptops while traveling.

Nice hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. The cleaning could absolutely be better and pool water was cold.. I think the five star rating should be four stars instead. The rooftop view was spectacular.

Excellent hotel near Central Plaza Chiang Mai Airport. Room was spacious. Spread for breakfast was sufficient. There were some insects flying around outdoors, but the staff offered insect repellent.

很好的飯店，但缺點也不少

優點 1.樓層的安全做得不錯有獨立的安全門，要有房卡才能進入 2.空間寬敞，設備齊全，客廳的設計讓人覺得很舒適 3.床的品質不錯 4.空調很穩定 5.陽台很寬敞，我很喜歡缺點 1.入住時，臥房角落有大量毛髮沒有清理，沙發底下有前幾位房客留下來的垃圾，可見清潔很隨便。 2.地板是塑膠貼皮地板，凹凸不平，對於硬體設施的管理有待加強 3.洗澡的水壓不足，溫度忽冷忽熱 4.入住當天不小心打翻水在地毯上，通知清潔人員處理後，地毯就再也沒有回來了，也是清潔人員的問題 5.早餐區，第一天沙拉區有大量蒼蠅，令人不悅，第二天早餐時段卻在做環境調整，只有提供麵包與點餐服務，連牛奶罐都空的，要問才有，向服務人員詢問有沒有起司跟火腿，男性服務人員直接回答沒有，快吃飽的時候，女性服務人員才問說有沒有需要起司與火腿，員工教育很差。 6.部分窗簾很難使用

Amazing property and service! My room was always kept clean. I appreciate the little touches like the treats and a note card with the day’s forecasted temperatures. Bokade detta hotell på grund av att de skrev att det var en privat balkong. Kändes mysigt att kunna sitta där och se ut över staden. När vi väl får vårt rum får vi se balkongen. Den är smal men framförallt låst. Vi får inte gå ut på den utan att personalen är med. Galet. Vi försökt få byta rum men då skulle vi få betala över 2000 sek. Inte aktuellt! Högst upp fanns en stor terrass där man kunde se ut över staden, eller bara ta det lugnt på. Den fick vi inte heller gå ut på utan personal. Galet. Allt som allt ett egentligen bra hotell som jag dock råder er att undvika. Ligger alldeles för långt ifrån någonting så du måste alltid ta taxi. Med tanke på det stora utbudet av hotell finns det hur många bättre som helst.

We were disheartened to see your comment concerning the balcony as normally we receive positive feedbacks with room design and function. Due to security concerns, the guest allows accessing the balcony by request. However, you requested for a different room with a terrace, which is not the room that you had booked and it is the higher room type. Thus, there is a difference in the price needed for a room upgrade. Meanwhile, the rooftop bar is required advanced reservation. We wish these would clarify your concerns. We regret that your expectation is not meet. Parc Borough is a wonderful boutique hotel with great rooms and service in an extremely convenient location. Minor communication issues with transportation arrangements but nothing to stress about. All in all 3 great days in Chiang Mai.

雖然地點較鬧市偏遠，但酒店環境卻加了不少分數，地方不太大，設施算齊全。房間空間感非常好，唯房內裝修發現有少許瑕疵。整體體驗是很好的。

Cleanliness,space, and price are very important to our visit as well as nearly new furniture, modern bathroom fixtures.
