"No breakfast.. no good hygiene, rooms were having fungus and walls were having water seepage, delayed and they skipped room cleaning service. Horrible experience and negligence staff."

"Although many of the staff were very friendly and courteous there were major red flags that made my stay uncomfortable. Such as an employee approaching me while I was alone at the pool claiming I owed $10000rupes for a gold investment. I did tell management. "Property was okay amenities limited, dinning limited , classified as luxury boutique but was quite underwhelming in reality. Staff were great apart from being charged for early check in. "

"We had a lovely 5 days at the Conch. It is a 10 minute tuktuk ride into Whitetown in Pondicherry, so very accessible but a little quieter which we preferred. The rooms are clean and spacious with an amazing private pool (can be a bit chilly when you jump in!). We had several meals whilst staying and the food was overall incredible - it’s homemade and full of flavour with plenty of variety. We’d recommend the Conch to anyone looking to visit Pondicherry."
