"The outside of the hotel was beautiful. The car parking facilities excellent. Our hotel room was amazing - I think it was newly refurbished as it smelled like new carpet when we walked in. We were in room 2 and it was so convenient. We didn’t use the bar or restaurant but it did look lovely. We did use the spa for a treatment (massage) which was so relaxing. The spa area was nice but needed a bit of a refurb in areas - just looked a bit grubby and the lift wasn’t working. Luckily we didn’t need...
