"Host is amazing! Thank you Agnus for sharing your hospitality and house. The property is beautiful and exactly as expected. Sunrises and sunsets on the river doesn’t get any better than this location. Lots of space and a really comfortable bed. The rv park next door was extremely quiet and not an issue. Near by restaurants were amazing— Angelo’s, Trident , tropical trader are must do!!I see why this host and property get 5 star reviews over and over again. I can’t think of anything that would make this vacation any better. "

"The house was very clean and had everything we needed. The views were amazing and both decks provided comfortable seating to watch sunsets. A plus was the little fenced in area so we could let the dogs out in the middle of the night. If you’re looking for a relaxing, out of the way location, this place is perfect. There are lots of stairs so be prepared and keep in mind that restaurants and grocery stores are not nearby. "

"If you’re searching for the ideal Old Florida beach house, where time slows down and life moves at a different pace, this is it. We had a wonderful stay with our family of 4 and our dog (didn’t use 3 of the bedrooms, the house was bigger than expected). I used to come to alligator point as a child and haven’t been back in years, wanted to show my kids and husband this peaceful area of the forgotten coast. The house was wonderful and reminded me of the cottage my family had as a child, wooden beams and walls, beautiful old Florida style you don’t see much anymore. I loved the sunken sitting area and of course the beautiful beach views and also a long dock on the bay side. The kids enjoyed the pickleball courts and fishing beach and bay. Robin the host was great. Hope to come back again. "
