I stayed at this hotel last year and it was very nice, so I stayed there again this year. This time we had a few small problems, but when we reported them to the staff, they quickly responded and resolved them. Also, the restaurant was very delicious and the staff was very kind. I thought I would stay again.

素晴らしい部屋でした。
お部屋の快適さ、清潔さ、サービスは最高でした。ただ、残念なのは、荷物がお部屋に届いてなかったり、アメニティの指示がお部屋の担当者にきちんと届いてなかったり伝達ミスが目立ちました。でも、きちんとフォローしてくれるのはさすがです。 朝食は、バラエティにらあふれ、全部制覇できないほどで素晴らしいです。終わり近くになると、なくなっているものもあるので早めに行くのをおすすめします。

年末カウントダウンとディナー
年末カウントダウンに利用しました。ディナーにお寿司、ロブスター、カキなど沢山食べました。部屋も清潔で快適でした。なんといってもカウントダウンが華やかで、賑やかで楽しかったです。プールも利用できました。プールサイドのリクライニングシートでくつろぐ事出来ました。また、利用したいです。

チェンナイ市内、海が見える部屋でした。部屋の調度も良く、フロントの対応も問題なかったです。市内の他のホテルと風情が異なり、良かったです。ただし、人気の中華レストランは予約してなかったので席が無く、ビッフェスタイルのレストランを利用しましたが、混んでいてファミレスみたいでした。

本当に泊まって良かった、と感激しました。
あり得ない設定のインドのホテルに呆然としてましたが、このホテルはキレイで清潔で、水道の水も匂いはなく、部屋も湿気で臭うこともなく、インドの旅行で初めて本当に安心して滞在出来ました。周遊したので最後の２泊だけ泊まりましたが、最初からこのホテルだけにしておけば良かった、と後悔しました。

さすがLeela、これ以上はなかなかない
一般的なカテゴリーの部屋に宿泊。到着時に「オーシャンビューにアップグレードしたよ」と言われたものの、海までは少し距離もあり、工事していたりで大したビューではなかったです。 ホテルに一歩入ると、ものすごいゴージャス！ 部屋は最高です。特にバスルームが素晴らしく、洗面台は向かい合って2つあり、シャワーも快適、バスタブもオーシャンビュー。ベッドリネンも本当に肌触りがよかったです。 朝食のビュッフェも美しく、西洋料理〜中華（点心）〜インド料理まで様々。 ただ・・・種類も多く、どれも美味しいけれど、感動するほどのレベルではないように思いました。 ホテルに入っている中華レストランでディナーをいただきましたが、点心がほんとに美味しいです。

間違いなくゴージャスなホテル
間違いなくチェンナイ一のゴージャスなホテルじゃないでしょうか。 大変過ごしやすく滞在できました。 泊まっている方も欧米系のセレブが多かったように思います。朝食も大変種類が多く何を食べようか迷うほど。 焼きたてのワッフルが食べれたのに息子は喜んでいました。非日常を味わうには本当にいいホテルです。市内から遠いのが唯一難点ですがゆっくり滞在したい方にはオススメのホテル。

サービスと内容ともに文句のつけようがない最高のホテルです。それまで宿泊していた外資系高級ホテルは比較になりません。スタッフの対応も非常に良いです。帰りのフライト時間がおそかったのですが、17時までチェックアウトを延長してくれました。日本食もそれなりに充実しています。

Beautiful hotel, I was in Chennai on business and came into the hotel wearing very dirty clothing due to my work conditions and never had any issues with staff. Always very cheery and pleasant. The food in the hotel was always very good. And rooms very spacious and clean.

Though pricey the hotel was well located with excellent views of the sea and sunrise. Breakfast option was outstanding. However the bar is overpriced and the rooms were a tad too ornate and uncomfortably brightly decorated. The manager and front desk staff were a bit artificially nice. While hosting guests and treating them special may be one way to treat them care should be taken to be genuine.

We had an incredible stay at the Leela Palace Chennai. The most courteous staff who were willing to go the extra mile for their guests. Beautiful smiling faces that greeted us wherever we were around the hotel. Stunning setting, top class amenities and breakfast to die for! Can’t wait to come back to this amazing hotel.

We had the Deluxe Room on the 8th floor and were upgraded to a Sea View from the balcony and a pool view from the other large window. The room was larger than the 650 sqft advertised! The bathroom was spectacular with the toilet enclosed by a door from the rest of the bathroom. The pool was also spectacular since it's a 35m infinity pool. One fellow swimmer told me that he's a Chennai resident who has a membership to the pool since Leela's pool is one of the best in all Chennai! The breakfast buffet is quite good and was included in my stay. I had dinner at China XO and enjoyed the vegetarian stir fry.
