This delightfully cosy, yet homely abode sleeps up to two guests in a contemporary king size bedroom with a separate bathroom and open plan kitchen, dining, and lounge area, a perfectly equipped space with everything needed for a short break in the Cotswolds. The Nest is a dog friendly holiday home and has plenty of countryside to explore right on the doorstep, including many popular walk and cycle routes. Robins Roost has a second holiday cottage, The Cottage at Robins Roost which sleeps 2+2 guests and can be booked separately or in conjunction with The Nest.

First Floor
The Nest is accessed via an external stone staircase and is set on the first floor within the eaves of the building, resulting in sloping ceilings and reduced head height in some areas. While this adds to the property’s cosy character, it may present challenges for taller guests. We encourage guests to consider this when booking to ensure a comfortable stay.

Off street parking is available for up to 1 car on the shared driveway

Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times outside as the owners have a flock of free range pet chickens and two cats that may be visible to your dog on the grounds

The Nest is situated in the grounds of the owners home and there is a large unfenced pond, so children and dogs should be supervised at all times
The garden is primarily for the use of the main house, however guests are welcome to explore at their leisure
Due to the close proximity to the owners home, a BBQ is not provided or permitted
Oil-fired central heating system
Situated in the eaves, the property has sloping ceilings which could pose difficulty to taller guests in terms of their general movement and their ability to quickly exit the house in the event of an emergency
The smoke and CO detectors operate on a sound only basis and, therefore, those who have serious impairment of hearing may not be able to hear the alarm systems and could be at risk
No smoking or vaping is permitted throughout the property
