Stunning Five Bed Detached Home

Welcome to our stunning 5 bedroom detached home at the end of a quiet and peaceful cul-de-sac on the outskirts of Cheltenham Town Centre.

Whether you a looking for short Cotswold family break, corporate or business stay or just a well needed get-together with friends this home is the perfect choice for you.

Accessed via a private front door with porch to hang coats the entrance hallway (with downstairs toilet) then leads straight to the lounge at the rear of the house. The lounge has a comfy corner sofa and armchair that can easily seat 7 and a 65" flat screen TV. Patio doors from the lounge then lead out to the beautifully landscaped rear garden which has a patio, lawn and outside sofas for up to 8.

Off to the right of the hallway is a bright and spacious kitchen diner with dining table for up to 6 guests and a fully equipped kitchen for all your basic cooking needs. The kitchen has an under counter fridge and freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. There is a kettle, toaster and microwave, and a Nespresso coffee maker too with complimentary pods provided. Finally there is a side door from the kitchen that lead outside to the private enclosed rear garden.

To the left of the hallway is a generous ground floor double bedroom for 2 guests with a King Size 'zip-and-link' bed that can be pulled apart to make single beds on request.

Upstairs there are a further 3 double bedrooms and single bedroom including the Master Bedroom which has its own modern en suite shower. Two of these bedrooms again have 'zip and link' King Size beds that can be made up as singles if required. The family bathroom has been beautifully modernised and has a bath with shower over.

Located at the end of a cul de sac our house is quiet and peaceful and offers easy access to nearby attractions, such as Cheltenham's Regency District and Promenade with restaurants, bars and shopping for all your needs. Cheltenham is at The Heart of The Cotswolds, and all its popular tourist destinations are a short drive away.

Whether you're looking to explore the local Regency culture that Cheltenham offers or simply enjoy a peaceful retreat we aim to provide you with an unforgettable stay.

We strive to ensure your comfort and satisfaction throughout your entire visit. Jason and I will always be available to assist you with any inquiries or requests, making your stay as seamless and enjoyable as possible.

The home has everything you need for a self contained experience. Keys to the property are located in the key safe box and the code for this is released prior to your arrival.

Nunney Close is located to close by to General Communications Headquarters (GCHQ) on the outskirts of Cheltenham.

Our kitchen comes fully equipped with every necessary kitchen appliance you should need for your stay. We also include complimentary sachets of tea, coffee, sugar along with Nespresso style coffee pods to use with the Nespresso coffee maker. Please note we do not supply salt & pepper or any other cooking basics such as oil, milk etc. if you require any of these prior to arrival please let us know so we can get this arranged for you.

We also supply all linen for the 3 king beds, double bed and single bed, along with 2 pillows per guest. There will be a bath and hand towel per guest along with bath/shower mats in each bathroom. Shower gel, hand soap and hand & body lotion is also available in each bathroom. Toilet roll is also provided. In the kitchen we provide a tea towel.

We provide complimentary housekeeping services for stays longer then 7 nights. If you require additional items or housekeeping services for stays shorter then 7 nights please contact us for availability and pricing.

Our check in and out times are listed on the property information. Where we can we do try to accommodate early check ins, we generally will be able to let you know on the day if we can do this and will update you as soon as the apartment is available. If you wish for a later check out please contact us directly for pricing and availability.

Please Note: 3 of the bedrooms have Zip and Link beds that can separated and dressed as single beds on request. We need at least 3 days notice to accomodate this request and whilst we'll always try and make up single beds with less notice we cannot guarantee.
Thank you for choosing to stay in our home, where we take pride in offering a property of luxurious finish and exceptional quality. To ensure your experience is as enjoyable as possible while preserving the condition of this special home, we kindly ask you to follow these house rules:

Smoking is strictly prohibited both inside and outside the property. Guests who wish to smoke must do so on the street away from the premises. Please be mindful when handling luggage or belongings to avoid any damage to the walls.

For H&S reasons I'm afraid BBQ's and Fireworks are prohibited at the property.

For guests brings pets - they must not be left at home unattended when you head out.

We aim to provide you with the most comfortable stay. If you experience any issues, please let us know upon check-in, and we will address them swiftly. Out of respect for neighbours, we ask that noise be kept to a minimum between 10pm and 8am. Additionally, guests must refrain from socialising outdoors after 10pm and the hot tub cannot be used after this time.

Shoes must be removed on carpeted areas to maintain their pristine condition, and all waste must be placed in the bins provided. While we do allow events, we kindly remind guests that all other rules must still be adhered to. Under no circumstances can banners or balloons be taped or tacked to the walls to preserve the immaculate finish of the property.

Property surpasses expectations

We brought our children, their spouses and grandchildren with us on vacation. We had 5 adults and 4 children. The property was spacious, clean, well kept and brand new in appearance. There are 5 bedrooms allowing amble sleeping space and quiet time. The property has a large kitchen/dining room and a very large living room which allowed family activities. It also has a Jacuzzi and a nice size backyard which allowed us to relax while the children played. The neighborhood was safe and close to the bus stop, convince stores and a family pub. The host was kind, considerate and quickly responded to any questions or needs. We were impressed with the property and enjoyed our stay.
