1 bedroom courtyard apartment, Central Cheltenham

Centrally located, light and airy basement flat with own entrance and small private courtyard. Well equipped, tastefully decorated and thoughtfully furnished. Home from home escape in a great location to explore Cheltenham and the Cotswolds, in particular the Racing, Art, Music and Literature Festivals. Permit zone parking available - please advise car registration number. Tea, coffee and essentials provided. Any special requests, please do not hesitate to ask and we'll do our best!

Walking distance to Cheltenham Races, bars and restaurants. Private outside space with garden table and chairs. Parking available on request. Tea, coffee and milk provided but happy to make available breakfast items of your choice for additional fee on request.

Well situated, spacious and clean.

Very well positioned for walking to all points in Cheltenham. Long stay car park in parallel road both reasonable and convenient. Clean and spacious with good lighting meant being in the basement was not unpleasant. Thoughtful touches such as milk, real coffee, toiletries and Prosecco were much appreciated.

Lovely self contained basement.

Really nice owner, short walk to town centre. Only problem was finding a parking space even though owner had sorted a permit. Lovely big rooms, all you need for a break.
