Good stay
Loved the Hotel and received excellent service from the front desk. The room ( due to availability) was a bit dark and on the ground floor. I was notified prior to coming and felt like something complimentary would have made up for it. The construction next door made it impossible to open the windows which contributed to the darkness. However, the room was spotless and in excellent and modern condition. It was also very quiet.

A fabulous find. Great service from reception with very good recommendations for dinner. Lovely hotel next to the castle, town hall and church. Highly recommended.

The property was nice most of the staff were friendly but they knuckle and dime you. It's 5 E a day to park if you want secure parking, it's 10 E to use the pool bc it's in the "spa" and if you like to walk around and see things it's about a 5 to 10 min walk to anything other than the castle.

A nice little hotel in the center of Chaves. Easy parking, very friendly staff and a spacious room. Breakfast is good. No car needed for exploring Chaves.

a lovely stay
I stayed in the hotel for a period of 3 weeks and had an extremely pleasant stay. The service was really good and personal, The room and bathroom very comfortable. it is well located, you can easily walk everywhere, it has a terrace that is very enjoyable for a late night drink. the jacuzzi is very nice after a long day. If you are passing by Chaves this is definetely the place to stay.

Melhoraram o conforto.
Apreciamos os melhoramentos introduzidos desde a nossa última estadia, nomeadamente as toalhinhas de bidé na casa de banho e o secador no spa. O conforto do quarto mantém o exelente nível a que nos habituaram. A limpeza é impecável.
