10/10 in every aspect. Very welcoming and provided a clean room as well as delicious breakfast each morning. We stayed longer than most and we're glad we chose them!
Hotel is very conveniently located near to Kintetsu station and short walking distance from all sights.
Room was clean, breakfast good and staff friendly.
This was a very cute property near to the central shopping area of Nara and to Nara Park. The major tourist attractions are in easy walking distance, and of course I loved the easy access to all the restaurants and shopping.
The included breakfast is a brick toast with a choice of butter, jam, red bean, or egg salad, with a salad and coffee. It's a very tasty breakfast but not especially heavy.
We loved staying at this property. The room was lovely and well sized compared to our experience across Japan.
The staff were amazingly friendly and really helpful.
The breakfast that was provided was simple, but was wonderfully tasty and perfect for what we needed.
The surrounding area was within walking distance and very convenient to the shopping district as well as to the park.
One of our favourite stays in Japan, and a great value for money.

This place was perfect for me. The room was small but had everything I needed. They provided tea and a welcome cookie. The complimentary breakfast provided a great start to my day as well. Front desk staff are so very helpful and kind. And you can’t beat the location. Very convenient.
Great place to stay, very close to Kintetsu-Nara train station. Lots of places nearby to eat nearby. A short walk to the park.
Breakfast and coffee in the morning was very nice.
Our only negative point, our room (201) did smell of smoke quite strongly. We believe it was above the smoking room downstairs.
Overall a great stay and would recommend highly.
I couldn’t recommend this place more. The staff are so friendly and kind and the room I had was amazing! Having the restaurant downstairs was so nice and they have great food and shaved ice. It was so close to Nara park (about 5 min walk) and is on a cute shopping street which leads to Nakatanidou. It was also right next to Kintetsu-Nara station. Even with all of the things next to it it was quiet and cozy. Overall 10/10 amazing.
Cute semi-traditional Japanese room walking distance from Nara Park and literally a minute from the Nara station of the Kintetsu line. Spacious room (relative to typical Japanese hotel rooms). Kind staff! Note that check in is only until 11pm. We were late but lucky the receptionist heard our cries and he had not left yet for the night.
Very nice and comfortable staying in centre of Nara, close to many restaurants and shops and Nara Park. The staff was great, good breakfast and clean and wide rooms.
I was so glad I stayed here. The staff were all so friendly and polite. They were very accommodating with any help I needed. Facilities were great and clean, refreshed towels/toiletries every day. Free breakfast included was so convenient and tasty. Very reasonably priced stay. Loved this hotel!
Walls were very thin and hollow. Outlets on the ceilings posed safety risk. Bathroom was inconvenient and small. Bed was too firm and pillows were not plush. Lobby was a cute bakery.
I had just biked 30km, so I was exhausted. I was very happy to find a place so late at night. That being said, I still had a lot of difficulty sleeping.
It was very noisy in the dorm. The pillow was hard and filled with plastic. There was also a bad locker room smell and it was very stuffy. There was a light shining directly in my face from the ceiling.
The breakfast that was served in the morning was great!
