The property was in a perfect location. Close to everything downtown. The host was very quick to respond with any questions. The house was updated and very clean. I would definitely stay again
Safe and walkable location. Everything was pristinely clean and organized. The parking spot right in front of the unit was so nice! Thanks for having us!
Great location close to downtown restaurants and short drive to aquarium. Safe neighborhood and clean townhome with great communication with property manager. Stayed for only one night but tv did have Disney+ which was nice for our 1yr old while we packed up. And parking was perfect right in front, off the street. Would stay again.
There are a lot of restaurants within walking distance. The condo was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Unfortunately the air conditioning wasn’t working.

It was “mid”
There were some good things about this property, but overall it was just “mid” as my teenager said.
Pros: location, parking right in front, cleanliness, provided basics but no extras, it was cheaper than most hotels this weekend.
Cons: I never received the code for the door prior to check-in. I had to call after arrival to get a code, and there was no apology for the oversight. The HVAC did not work at all We were only there for one night, so there wasn’t much to be done, but I didn’t even get a response to my message to the owner letting him know. Thank goodness there was a ceiling fan in the bedroom because it was STUFFY. The beds were very firm, and other things were just fair - it has the potential to be very good, but needed more attention to detail.
Loved our place!! The location is great.. able to walk to some restaurants. The place was. Wry clean and comfortable. Had everything we needed for a great stay! Would highly recommend!

Wouldn’t recommend
HOA is extremely rude, came to tell us we were parked it the wrong spot but had an horrible attitude overall. When we first arrived @3:30 the house had not been cleaned at all and also the doors to bathrooms don’t close
We were unable to stay at this property because the HVAC (air conditioner) was not working and the repairman could not fix it on the day we arrived. I am expecting a full refund from VRBO. Thank you!
We were so glad it was so close to a friend's place as it wasn't very welcoming. Only 3 (bent wire, etc) hangers in closet. No towel in half bath with which to dry your hands--solved by using one from upstairs. There was a balcony but no chairs to enjoy it.
The positives: Good location, safe neighborhood and not a bad walk to convention center (my adult daughter felt safe walking there by herself). Many restaurants nearby. Free coffee pods were a nice touch. Nice shower. The "mehs": Furniture in living room was okay, but more could be done to make it more usable (e.g. turn the couch and put in a little dining table, some floor lamps for better lighting for reading). Limited dishes and coffee mugs. The negatives: It is pet friendly so has a pet odor (which got better during my stay), there were no towel holders or toilet paper holder in the main bathroom, the light in the downstairs hall was out, the upstairs tv is bad, batteries in one of the remotes were dead. The conclusion: With a little work, I'd be happy to stay there again as the unit has great potential, and the location was indeed good.
